The Assessor of Property Office is responsible for identifying, listing, and valuing real and personal property in Sequatchie County for tax assessment purposes. This office maintains property records, reviews property changes, updates ownership information, and helps ensure assessments are fair, accurate, and consistent with Tennessee law.

The Assessor’s Office assists property owners, buyers, real estate professionals, and other agencies with questions about property values, parcel information, classifications, exemptions, and assessment records.
